As a Scrum Master, Daniel has supported teams and organizations developing products ranging from software, to electromechanical and electro-optical products, IT operations, and organizational change. Over time, he experienced first-hand many of the challenges teams and organizations face, and how Scrum can be used to address them.

Daniel has found his passion in supporting students through experiential Scrum trainings and through sharing his practical experiences.

Building on a prior career as a software developer, Daniel is sensitized to the complex working reality of technical product development. In teaching Scrum, this makes him connect well with a wide range of students.

An avid learner himself, Daniel deeply believes that learning is our human superpower, and his trainings reflect that.
